The property was as described and enough space for everyone. The elevator was perfect for moving the luggage in and out. The beach access was wonderful and absolutely recommend the heated pool. Beds were comfortable and having two ice makers, dishwashers and fridges made life easy. Every room had their own en suite which was very important to our group. The hammocks were nice and the chairs and pool toys were a great bonus. Didn't use the grill but it look suitable for a large group. We had a maintenence issue while we were there and the maintenance staff was at the house within the hour after we contacted management. Really appreciated the quick response! Throughout the booking and leading up to the stay management was also quick to respond inquiries. The group agreed we would rent the place again with no hesitation.

This was a great beach house for my large family - me and my husband, 7 adult children + spouses, and lots of grandkids. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Couples were grateful to have their own rooms, with nearby double rooms for the kids. Large gathering areas - living room, upstairs den, multiple porches, dining area - and multiple appliances accommodated our large tribe perfectly. We made one service call the evening we arrived due to the upstairs AC not working; a repairman arrived within minutes and quickly fixed the problem. Direct access to the beach was wonderful, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Already making plans for a return trip next summer!

We celebrated our 60th anniversary here with 23 other family members and this house was just perfect. Everyone had their own space but the living area was great for visiting ,playing games etc. the house is well stocked and well maintained, it exceeded our expectations. Everyone attending said they would love to stay there again. Beautiful property.

Morning Glory was the perfect size for our family Thanksgiving gathering of 20 adults and 9 children. We were all comfortable with two spacious, tastefully decorated living areas and en-suite bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen is the best equipped we’ve had in the 20+ years that we’ve been renting a holiday vacation home and the elevator made loading and unloading a breeze. We paid the additional fee to heat the pool and enjoyed it morning, afternoon and especially evening with the colorful lights. Add all that to the ideal location - close to grocery stores and oceanfront - and you have the ingredients for cherished family moments and memories.
