The entire vacation home sleeps 44 people, making it a very popular rental house for large groups.

Easy Breezy Is located out towards Fort Morgan. Many beach houses located around this property with private beach entrance. Very secluded beach area free from the busyness of the tourist area.
Getting Around:
Personal vehicle transportation is recommended. Property driveway is available for parking.
Other Things to Note:
Reservations must be a minimum of seven nights during peak season, certain holidays, and special annual events, such as spring break and fall break.
From March 1st to April 20, both sides of Easy Breezy MUST BE RENTED TOGETHER
From May 18th to August 10th, both sides of Easy Breezy MUST BE RENTED TOGETHER

This house was perfect for large families, or gatherings. We celebrated my parent's 60th wedding anniversary and were able to fit all 40 of us in the house very comfortably. There is a bathroom with every bedroom and a couple of common bathrooms on the main floor. There is ample seating arrangements for eating and visiting and a kitchen on each side with everthing you need to cook. The family enjoyed the full size ice makers for drinks on both sides of the house and being able to open the doors between the houses so you could go back and forth easily, they even have an elevator to help with luggage, or people who have difficulty with stairs. It was amazing to be right on the water. One of the days hundreds of dolphins swam by and so close to shore. The property manager was super easy to get a hold of and responsive to all our needs.

Our stay at Easy Breezy was phenomenal! Our party of 29 people ranged from grandparents in their 70s to grandchildren just a few months old. We all had more than enough space and enjoyed every minute of it! The property was clean and updated, and communication with the property manager was so quick and easy. They were very helpful when we had extra questions leading up to our stay. I hope my family will be able to return!
