Halekai III has officially completed its incredible renovation and is all new, refreshed, and ready to welcome guests! All updated photos are now live, giving you a true sense of the beautifully redesigned spaces, stunning views, and everything guests have always loved—now elevated even more.
So what's new? An additional bedroom (now 12 total), two more bathrooms (now 13.5), a completely reimagined, show-stopping kitchen, and a brand-new, larger hot tub perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Even better, every King and Queen bedroom now features its own en suite bath for added comfort and privacy. You won't believe the transformation—it's everything you loved about Halekai III, and so much more.

Media Room and 3 living rooms + 2 bonus rooms, each floor has common space area so you can spread out and enjoy the luxury! There are 3 dining tables plus bar stool seating for 12 so everyone can sit in the main part of the house for meals. The private wrap-around balconies will amaze you. Each bedroom enjoys spectacular views of the Gulf or Lagoon, has its own deck. Private hot tub is perfect touch on the main deck outside the living room, with perfect views of both the sunrise and sunset. On the ground level you'll find a large private pool, and a big outdoor living space. This area is also perfect for outdoor gathering. Pool heat is available for $60/day (from October through May).
You'll enjoy 8 King Bedrooms (all with private en-suite baths), 2 Bedrooms that each have two Queens and two Twin Daybeds, and now, en-suite baths. The top floor now has 2 bunk rooms, each with 7 built-in twins, and 2 full baths.
Teens can have their own private refuge on 3rd floor with a family room including a foos ball table, large TV and kitchenette, plus 2 bunk rooms and 2 full baths. This breathtaking beach house is located at the quiet end of West Beach, just a few hundred feet from the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge. Bring the entire family and then some - everyone sleeps under one roof with lots of private baths, 2 primary suites and plenty of places for the kids. Perfect for Corporate Retreats, Church Retreats and Family Reunions.

The home was beautiful and very comfortable. We would definately book again. Although we did not have a reason to leave the property, it is convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. We are all older women and very comfortable in this home.

This house was fantastic! We had all 11 rooms filled and had enough space for all and room for all the chefs!! The rooms were comfy and clean and the kitchens has everything we needed. We had a small wedding on the beautiful beach and a reception under the house...I could not have asked for a more perfect venue. Also, the owners were great at recommending local businesses and anything else we needed. We hope to be back for an anniversary!!

This was one of the best vacation our family had. This home was the highlight of the vacation as this had everything that all age group wanted. It was clean and spacious and more room than we all needed but with the current Covid situation gave us all our own space that we could safely enjoy. The only negative is the property was far from the food so to pick up food daily was an event and we spend a few hours daily getting food for everyone.

The bedrooms had carpet that apparently had been wet from the storm and smelled. One of our family has Asthma and had to go to Urgent care twice for breathing treatments due to the air quality in those rooms. A dehumidifier was delivered to us but we were unable to use much because the air conditioning unit on the floor with seven bedrooms was not working for three days. Many spindles on the railing are rotted and in need of repair as well as the gate on the boardwalk. The oven door in the catering kitchen kept falling off when we opened. It is such a shame because it is a nice house in a beautiful location so very surprised it is not kept up.
