Renting a T3 apartment on the ground floor of a villa in the residential area of the seaside resort of Saint-Aygulf (commune of Fréjus). 1 km from the city center and 1 km from the creeks and a beach.
The apartment with a total area of 50 m² (without the terrace) breaks down as follows:
-Two bedrooms (20 m² and 13,50 m²) .Each room has a small bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. In each one are a new bedding (160 cm X 200 cm), a television, a hairdryer.
-A living room of 19,17 m² located between the two bedrooms and consists of a kitchen open to a living room. The kitchen area includes a table for 6 people, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a hob with 3 burners, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a grill -pain, an iron and an ironing board. The living area includes a TV, a sofa bed 140 cm x 190 cm, a coffee table.
-Two large terraces (> 30 m²) with views of the pool and direct access to it. Not overlooked. Provision of a gas barbecue, sunbathing, two garden furniture.
-Access to a swimming pool: 10 m X 5 m. (Exclusive use to tenants of this apartment and not the owner.)
