This elegantly furnished property is located on domain on a hillside in St. Aygulf, with panoramic views of the ocean and the massif de l' Estérel, 5 minutes to sandy beaches and delicious beach restaurants.
St Tropez and its famous Pampelonne beach is a 35 minute drive away, the Golf of Roquebrune is located 15 minutes and the St. Maxime boutiques, cafés and antique markets are just 10 minutes away.
Just down the hill in the village is a fresh fruit and vegetable market every morning. You may also get your baguette and pain au chocolate and you will find meat, fish and traitors shops around the market.
The property is on 1000 m2 of landscaped gardens with palm, olive, lemon and mandarine trees, roses, lavender and rosemary shrubs. The house is 200 m2 and has 3 bedrooms (2 twin beds, 1 twin that might be used as 2 single beds) all with ocean views and 2 bathrooms.
The house is furnished in the cosy and relaxed 'Riviera maison style'. Reclaimed oak beams with vaulted ceilings give a nice atmosphere to the place. The colors are kept in beige, whites and pale yellows. The kitchen is a Provencal kitchen with a Lacanche Cuisinière, two ovens, micro oven, Nespresso machine, TV and invites to cook delicious meals. Egyptian cotton sheets, bath and pool towels are at your disposal. You will enjoy to read a book in the library, listen to your favorite music in front of the cheminée or spend your afternoons in the hamac on the terrace with the warm breeze of the ocean blowing through your hair.
A well equipped outdoor kitchen will inspire for delicious barbecues and you will gather for long meals around the inviting teack table under the shady terrace (up to 8 persons).
