In SUMMER (July and August): MINIMUM DURATION of 2 WEEKS

From the end of November to the end of March, "MIMOSAS Season", the central heating charges (electric boiler) are in addition to the rent, and the minimum rental period is 3 consecutive weeks.

The Central Heating by water circulation radiators, with thermostatic valves, is supplied by an electric boiler.
The house is well insulated, walls, windows, ceiling (30 to 40 cms of Laine de Roche in the attic). In addition, the cold is not important and does not last on the edge of the Mediterranean.

Outside the summer season, a LIVING ROOM can be installed in place of one of the bedrooms, for long stays in winter, in particular.
In this case, the capacity is reduced to 5 or 4 people, and the price can be adjusted.
