About this villa rental
Recent independent villa, open onto sea view terrace, private swimming pool (heated on request with participation).
Its location is in the Rives d'Or district, on a hill between St Aygulf and Les Issambres in a haven of peace.
Close to the sea, beaches and shops. Its surface is 114m2 with 2 bedrooms on the lower level. The bedrooms have a private bathroom, one with a bathtub and the other with a large shower. Closets and a dressing room, air conditioning in all rooms. The bedrooms have sliding windows overlooking the pool and the garden.
Plancha available on the terrace.
Pool maintenance by a professional, twice a week in season, included.
Swimming pool secured by a shutter and an alarm.
The key to the shutter is on the upper terrace, on the left pillar.
The alarm remote control is in the master bedroom next to the bay window.
The property is fully fenced and well maintained.
Electric gate closed, parking for 2/3 cars.
In low season you can rent the villa for 3 nights minimum
October to May
