4-room apartment 100m2 in villa with swimming pool, seaside in ST AYGULF (var)

Situated on the main coast road with a gated driveway, this property could hardly be closer to the sea. The small beach directly over the road is pebbly with crystal clear waters and suited us perfectly. And for those non-beach moments, there was always the lovely pool. The property itself is very clean and well equipped for a family stay. The temperature in the apartment was lovely. Christian and Lea are great hosts - the perfect blend of friendliness and warmth whilst never making us feel crowded or uncomfortable. All in all, a really great stay. Thank you so much to Christian and Lea!

Very nice

We had an excellent stay at this wonderful property. Christian and Léa were excellent hosts. They met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. They were very helpful, and although a couple of problems weren't able to be fixed during our stay, they also helped us out with providing things we had forgotten to pack. We know the Fréjus area well and loved the fact that this has a (pebbly) beach just across the road. The pool is beautiful and was all set out for us with throws on the sun loungers. The pool water temperature was great - warmer than the sea but still refreshing. This is an upstairs apartment at the back of the villa. There are beautiful sea views from the lounge, one bedroom and the balcony, which has a table and chairs. There are air con units in the main room and bedrooms. There are steps down to the beach. The hosts were in residence in the downstairs apartment but we had sole use of the pool, poolside patio, outdoor seating and barbecue area. It was very private. We would definitely recommend the property and would love to return. Merci Christian et Léa!
