Helpful host, missing outside facilities

Host lady was really helpful, even if not speaking English. We were able to switch apartments, arrive late at night and she even gave us bigger pot when we needed one. Apartment was nice and clean, with big garden where kids could play.

There is no sidewalk to the beach, so we have to walk in cycle path. Downstairs apartment has a step in a living room which we kicked in multiple times. We missed outside grill and some outside facilities for kids to play.

Viaggio rilassante a Rovigno

Monolocale ristrutturato , climatizzato e con tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno a Rovigno . La spiaggia più vicina è a circa 700 metri ,ma è comunque consigliato l’utilizzo di un mezzo per spostarsi ci sono molte più belle spiagge da poter visitare . Delle biciclette sarebbero l’ideale , i parcheggi per auto sono tutti a pagamento e quelli in prossimità della città vecchia costano circa 3€ /h (anche 3,5€). La proprietaria parla solo croato e tedesco quindi l’utilizzo di qualche app di traduzione vi sarà molto utile ; in ogni caso signora disponibile e gentile .

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Lage. In 2 min. ist man mit dem Auto am Strand und in 5 min. in der Stadt. Der Ausblick von der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Im Bad ist eine schöne große Dusche mit Ausblick. Innerhalb der Wohnung hat man alles was man braucht.

Nicht so gut war das es für 4 Personen theoretisch zu klein war. Unser großer Sohn hat im Wohn- und Esszimmer auf einer ausklappbaren Couch geschlafen und der kleine mit bei uns im Schlafzimmer in unserem Bett. Allerdings war im Wohnzimmer auch die einzige Klimaanlage. Nachts mussten wir sie oft ausschalten da es im Wohnzimmer so kalt war das der Große gefroren hat aber im Schlafzimmer ging es dann.

Fajn ubytovanie s možnosťami na zlepsenie

Ubytovanie sa nachádza v peknom, zelenom prostredí. Veľkým plusom je bezplatné parkovanie a možnosť ubytovať sa so psíkom (30€ za pobyt). K pláži je to asi 15 minút pešo, ale cesta vedie po dosť frekventovanej ceste bez chodníka, takže skôr odporúčam bicykel alebo auto – po ceste vedie cyklotrasa. Byt je malý, ale čistý a jednoducho zariadený. Na prácu nie je veľmi vhodný – podmienky sú obmedzené. Kuchynka je vybavená základne, je tam chladnička, indukčná doska a kávovar na filtrovanú kávu (káva však nie je k dispozícii). Domáci pôsobili milo, aj keď počas pobytu sme ich prakticky nestretli. Pri dlhších pobytoch by bolo fajn, keby sa aspoň spýtali, či netreba čisté uteráky alebo vysypať smeti.

Najväčším mínusom bola pre nás posteľ – pre dvoch veľmi malá a matrac extrémne mäkký a nepohodlny, takže sme sa poriadne nevyspali. Odporúčam zobrať si niečo proti komárom. V oknách nie sú sieťky. Chýbali nám nočné lampy pri posteliach – večer si nebolo na čítanie čím posvietiť. Taktiež pri posteliach chýbali zásuvky. Booknutu sme mali izbu s "terasou", čo bolo vlastne len neutulne miesto pod schodami. Preto by som odporúčala skôr izbu s balkónom. Celkovo hodnotíme pobyt ako fajn, no s niekoľkými vecami, ktoré by sa dali pomerne jednoducho zlepšiť.

Ferienwohnung mit liebevoll angelegtem Garten und herzlicher Gastgeberin

Freundlich-zuvorkommende und herzliche Gastgeberin, die am Wohlbefinden Ihrer Gäste interessiert und bei jeglichen Anliegen offen und entgegenkommend war. Die Ferienwohnung in detail war modern, hell, sauber und mit einem schönen Balkon ausgestattet; der Garten liebevoll angelegt und das Objekt großzügig umsäumend. In Bezug auf die Lage: Via Radl in 5 Minuten zum nahegelegenen Strand, City von Rovinj ca. 10 Minuten, idyllische Radlwege im naheliegenden Hinterland, zum Beispiel zum Limski-Kanal.

Angrenzende, vielbefahrene Straße für (Auto)Lärmempfindliche weniger gut geeignet.
