Stucco ceilings and marble floor original of 1931. Full of light and double exposition, 3 balconies, 3rd floor (4th for USA) with elevator, WIFI and satellite tv in the living room. Kitchen with stove, microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher, toaster and american coffee machine. You have supermarket, good restaurants, pizzeria and all the shops you may need nearby. Buses for all over Rome in piazzale Clodio (2 mins walking away) Metro A 10 min walking OTTAVIANO-SAN PIETRO
The apartment is divided into an entrance, a long alley, 1 bedroom with 2 twins beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single bed and a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa single bed with bathroom ensuite (with window, sink, wc, bidet and a big shower). A big living room with 2 sofas a big sitting table, sat tv with dvd, WIFI and a balcony. In the alley 2 bathrooms with sink, wc and shower. A fully equipped kitchen. Central heating and AC in every rooms.
All the mattresses are new and confortable!

You'll find children playground in the square as well as florist shops, groceroes, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, pubs and supermarket open 24/7.
In 2 min walking you can reach the Piazzale Clodio bus station with buses for all over Rome (historical center, Villa Borghese Park, Olympic Stadium etc)
Roman people live in that elegant part of the city and so the restaurants and the shops nearby are really good at reasonable price!
You can also rent a bike and discover the ancient Rome in a very sporty way.
After a day in the most touristic area you'll be please to come here and relax surrounded by the true Rome!
You have a big bus station 2 mins walking from the apartment and OTTAVIANO/SAN PIETRO METRO A at 10 mins walking. A taxi parking at 5 mins walking. In 40 mins by car you are in FIUMICINO AIRPORT or you can reach it by a shuttle bus starting from Piazza Cavour. For CIAMPINO airport you can take metro 'till TERMINI and take a shuttle bus or go to ANAGNINA (end of Metro) and take a bus from there.
In Rome we have just 2 metro line. So be at 10 min walking distance is really a precious things!
Even if I think the best way is by bus and foot .
For arrival after 8pm a fee of 50€ is due
