The apartment was very clean, comfortable and roomy. It was in a locked building and felt very safe. The location was excellent. The Vatican was right down the street. The Metro was directly across the street. We used the Metro to go to the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain and other attractions. It was quick and very easy to navigate. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the area. Matteo was a very friendly and accommodating host. I would highly recommend this facility.
I have no complaints. My family and I were very happy with our accommodations.

Location and the unit has 2 bathrooms which was very handle with a group of 5 travelling together
Not enough towels or toilet paper, unresponsive after initial meet and greet and no instructions on where to place rubbish
