The staff was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and the apartment was spacious and exactly as described. Due to the extreme heat, the ACs were not working properly on the first night, but after we reported the issue, the staff promptly took action and improved the situation, which made our stay much more comfortable. They were also available at all times through WhatsApp, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the excellent support from the staff.

Overall, the facilities were nice, but there were a few issues that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable. The lock on one of the bathrooms was not working properly. We noticed that this issue had apparently been reported by previous guests as well, but it had not yet been fixed. As we were two families staying together, this became particularly inconvenient in the mornings, as no one feels comfortable using a bathroom without a functioning lock. The lock on one of the bedrooms was also faulty, although we were able to manage with it. These were relatively minor issues that we did not report during our stay, as we were able to manage, but they are certainly worth addressing for future guests. The main issue was the air conditioning. The weather was extremely hot during our stay, and although the staff were very helpful and managed to improve the AC situation for us, the layout of the living room made it difficult to cool the entire space effectively. The living room is quite large and open, with no door separating it from the rest of the apartment, and the position of the AC meant that the cool air did not reach the sofa bed. As a result, the sofa bed was unfortunately almost unusable during the hot nights. I would suggest providing an additional cooling option, such as a fan, especially for the living room/sofa bed area. This would make a significant difference during periods of extreme heat. Overall, these are all manageable issues, and with a few improvements, the apartment could provide a much more comfortable experience for future guests.

The location of the property was perfect for 3 days of visiting most of Rome’s landmarks, there was 9 of us and the place was big enough. The service + communication was great with Laurence being a big help with getting in and showing us around

Door lock on one of the toilets was abit dodgy but you just needed to find the right spot and the elevator was fairly small, it would be a problem if a big group had large suitcases but we didnt so it was perfect
