Ideal location for our Vatican tour.
We paid for a double bed for 2 adults plus an extra bed but did not get the extra bed. Are we going to get a refund?

We stayed at Growel while on vacation in Rome/Vatican with out kids. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience in Rome, starting by making the room available to us upon arrival (early morning) and preparing an extra bed for one of our kids. They had a good breakfast and very confortable and clean room. The property has been recently renovated and that shows. We walked to San Pietro square (2 blocks) and many restaurants and shops. Amazing and friendly staff!!!!
