The cottage itself was immaculate, beautifully presented, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Every little detail had clearly been thoughtfully considered, making it feel luxurious yet wonderfully homely. The highlight, without a doubt, was the hot tub. Sitting beneath the open sky, listening to the sounds of nature while soaking in the warm water was pure bliss. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the local area and made the whole experience feel truly magical. The setting is simply stunning, offering peace, privacy, and breathtaking views. Waking up to birdsong, enjoying a morning coffee outside, and ending the day under the stars created memories that will stay with me for a long time. A special mention must also go to the hosts, whose warmth, friendliness, and attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was clear they genuinely care about making every guest’s visit exceptional. Our break at River Cottage was excellent, the property was very clean, very well equipped and the peace and tranquility was just perfect for a relaxing time. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings.

Lovely cottage , had everything you can think of

We loved everything about this property. The grounds were beautiful, lovely having the river on our door step with places to sit and my little boy loved the swing and trampoline too. The hot tub was the perfect edition. 2 minute drive from the village with everything we needed for our stay. Will 100% be back.
