Staff were genuinely friendly and did their best to help, even when the property itself was clearly stretched thin. Location in Drumnadrochit is great — close to Urquhart Castle and Loch Ness.
The property itself needs real investment — it felt run-down and below what we’d expect for the price, especially compared to other options in the Drumnadrochit area. That said, the staff were clearly trying their best with what they have, which we appreciated.
