2) washing and drying facilities.
3) coffee machine and capsules.
4) location.
1) The air conditioner needs cleaning.
2) The place needs a thorough cleaning; there's a lot of dust.
3) It wouldn't hurt to add an iron, since people fly in from far away and things get wrinkled.
4) Add a shelf for detergents in the shower stall.
