Host was very nice and friendly and was very kind to allow a late check in when our ferry got delayed (note I was paying an extra fee for late check in). The house is nice and a large bathroom is available for guests.

Sheets in the upstairs room were very dirty, full of blonde hair. Definitely not cleaned since previous guests. Also I think is VERY IMPORTANT to mention for future guests that you are renting rooms inside someone's house which wouldn't be a big problem if it was an independent room but no, toilet is elsewhere down the corridor and bathroom is next door and if you renting for a family of 4 booking.com shows as if is all one big room but actually the second room is across the hall, after the kitchen and going up to another floor of the house so very inconvenient as you are far from your family. SO for a family of 4 you have a total of 4 rooms spread around the house. Also we were asked to leave by 10 due to the owner's personal commitments (check in says 11am), as the host was kind to wait for us for the late check in I didn't complain but was definitely not ideal.
