Dora's House comfortable apartment with a yard and view

The apartment was really spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom had a bathtub, everything you needed was there including iron and ironing table. There were kitties too.

It's a bit hard to reach the location, and the parking is kinda limited.

The inner closed courtyard, available only to us. There is a hammock and a dinner table. There is also a BBQ with charcoal provided which might come handy, though we didn't use it.

There is no designated parking lot. Parking our car near the house was a bit of a problem - it seems Pyrgadykia village is crowded by tourists in August.

very comfortable house with everything one might need. nice garden, very quiet, a supermarket and nice tavernas close by. It looks exactly as in the photos. I'd come back again anytime!

It might look a bit far from the best beaches in Sithonia but we have only spent 3 days so it was perfect for us!

The property was cleaned very well. Plenty of beddings were available including blankets etc. for cold weather. Also the property had a washing machine and a large fridge (also clean!). House rules leaflet was present in the property.

The listing is misleading as it advertises the property as a separate accommodation (entire place is yours) however, it turned out to be a ground floor apartment, a part of a 3 story house. Each floor represented a separate apartment rented by different holiday makers (visitors). We rented the property hoping it will be restful and quiet, instead we could hear chairs grinding the floor tiles from around 9:30AM till 10PM (quite annoying), frequent vacuuming, and people talking on the balconies. We could not rest the way we expected. The property lacked a mop or a broom for cleaning. Kitchenware was scarce, missing a proper corkscrew opener.
