Not luxurious, but clean and comfortable, great value for money!

We booked only half an hour ahead, and it was half an hour before midnight, but got the confirmation and phone assistance in finding the place and our room. And it was very kind assistance :) It is not a luxury suit, and bathroom is very small, but both the room and bathroom were clean, mattresses were comfy, and it is very close to the city center.

Everything met and even exceeded our expectations, especially bearing in mind the short notice and affordable prices.

Overall, it was cheap, maybe that is the reason why other things didn't work well.

Location is the only good thing about this place. Everything is close, Dunavski park is just a cross the street, Petrovaradin Museum over the bridge, city center is like 10 minutes walk.

Air conditioning was liking, even though we reported, nothing has changed, bathroom was awful, smells and noy very clean.

Pleasant stay

Everything was nice, host is very kind because we had some eary check in and thats was not a problem at all. Location is near river if thats your starting point. Apartmant has comfortable beds and pillows so we slept like babies :)

4 clean beds in a room, clean bathroom, and the air con worked perfectly. A mini fridge to help cool drinks etc. Was ideal for when we stayed whilst attending EXIT festival as the apartment literally is by the bridge heading to the fortress.

Terrible scary experience

Actually, I spent only two hours in the room. As the owner didn't solve problem with heating in freezing winter night , I was forced to find a new accomodation in the middle of the night with a two months old baby with me. Also, there was a terrible odor in the room.But, the worst things was the fact that the owner has stalked me via SMS. I was, actually I am still completely shocked.

Perfect location, near city center and Petrovaradin's fortress. Accommodation is clean and tidy. And the host is very kind and helpful.

Excellent location at reasonable price.

Handy to city centre (via short cut through Dunavski Park), short walk to Petrovaradin Fort. On bus route to bus station and also Sremski Karlovci.

This place would be perfect if you put one kettle on each floor so we can boil hot water to make coffee/tea in the morning. Your restaurant isn't open early in the morning for us to get hot water.

Worst experience in Novi Sad so far, had to change accommodation at 1 in the morning.

Location is ONLY good thing.

Old, dirty and cockroaches everywhere. Couldn't shower because I didn't want to step in (something that looks like) big shower area, because there were 8-10 small roaches. One adult roach was in corridor, and one squashed in the middle of the room. Room was with 3 bunk beds. After i saw all these thing, i left accommodation. Tomorrow when i came to take the bill owner/worker lady returned the money and claimed there are no cockroaches and that somehow they entered facility due to heavy rain (for those who are more interested - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oriental_cockroach), although apologized later when she looked at the pictures. To sum it up - changed accommodation in ~01:00 in the morning, went to nearby hotel and I'm glad i did that.
