Ideal position for my purposes, more than pleasant host, overall, there is no way that one could find something more affordable for what we got.

Definitely the worst booking we've ever made and an absolute waste of money. A night with no rest
What's bad? Everything.
1) the room smelled like people haven't stopped smoking in there and they tried to cover it with a cheap spray, it was unbearable and our entire bag and everything we brought in smelled so awful we had to wash it all.
2) the toilet was tiny, no window, weird floor. The shower was just literally in the room just like that.
3) the bed was non-existant, there was something like a sofa? A round something which was supposed to be where we should sleep but even in the middle where the radius is the longest a whole human couldn't fit, let alone two.
4) there was a whirlpool in the room but you couldn't really use it: I started filling up the water but then half way the pumps where spitting out pieces of dirt or something unclean so I couldn't go in the water and had to empty it again. When we then just wanted to shower there was no more hot water for over an hour.
5) Coffee was theoretically an option but the water holder of the coffee machine was so dirty I couldn't make myself drink a coffee from that thing. Also, there was no bottled water offered or anything
6) Generally the room was not thoroughly cleaned, there was a bit of mold in the shower, the coffee machine wasn't clean, the hot tub even less, the floor - I don't know HOW you would even ever try and clean that kind of plastic-grass floor. So obviously we were very unhappy with that.
7) the people seemed friendly at first but they really just showed us the room and how to change the heat of the fire place that a) was broken and couldn't be set well, and b) smelled so strongly that we turned it off eventually and preferred to be cold. No explanation of how the thousand weird lights work, really how anything works, if water is drinkable, and on and on. We contacted them via e-mail later asking for another room because we didn't feel like we could stay the night but they were not helpful at all.

Great place if you need somewhere to stay, it has a lot of potential and the host is absolutely wonderful.
The host was amazing, helpful, and flexible. It was also in a nice quiet area that is within walking distance of the center

everything is kinda old and in need of repairs. Leaky shower, wanky electric sockets, no plug in the bathroom, squeaky beds.

If I I am ever in Novi Sad again, I know what will be my my second home there - Villa Lord. :)
Extremely kind hosts, they will go any length to satisfy you, you are treated like ... a Lord :) Good relation value for money. Villa Lord is situated right next to one of the main city arteries, still there is no noticeable noise. Good food shopping in the neighborhood and a lovely , spacious park, just at a stone's throw. Car parking , plus very good bus connections to the heart od the city.

Great location near the center, enjoyable stay
Great location and property, very helpful and nice host, free parking right near the door! Easy access to Exit Festival with bus or taxi less than 10 minutes, and can also walk to town center within 15 to 20 minutes.

We were one night, so everything was very good.
The friendliness of owner won us over. He helped us to bring the luggage from the car to the room. Also he gave us his phone number for 24/7 communication. Thank you very much for the great attitude towards the guests.
The balcony overlooked the patio. It was nice in the evening to sit with a glass of wine under the starry sky, and in the morning to drink a cap of coffee with a view of blooming roses. If there was still a small table on the balcony, it would be very wonderful.
The towels were old and very hard, like emery. And for the body it would be better to have a large towel. We had to use our own towels too.

Odlična lokacija. Obezbeđeno besplatno parking mesto ispred objekta. WIFI odličan. Domaćin prijatan i ljubazan i lak za saradnju.
Obavezno poraditi na čistoći. Loša ventilacija. Hidromasažna kada je mala za dve osobe. Nedostaje električno kuvalo za kafu ili mala indukciona ringla.
