About this house rental
Our townhouse is centrally and quietly located in the beautiful town of Arta, not far from many beaches, such as the famous natural beach of Cala Torta, Cala Mesquida, Cala Agulla, Son Serra de Marina, Font de Sa Cala, Canyamel, Muro, which are between 15-35 minutes drive can be reached.
The house has been extensively renovated by us with electric underfloor heating, air conditioning, new windows, fireplace cassette and many other beautiful details that make your stay very pleasant. Thanks to the recently installed fiber optic cable, we can offer very good WiFi (500Mb). The house is located in a quiet side street, not far from the market square (every Tuesday market 9 am-1pm). This guarantees easy access to the restaurants, the shopping street with many beautiful shops for the special, as well as for everyday needs such as supermarket, bank, drugstore, bakery, bars, etc. You will often find a parking space directly in front of the door (free of charge). The eco tax that has been common for some years has also been free of charge for our guests. We are happy to pay the levy for you. You will be welcomed by a competent, German / Spanish speaking contact person on site, who will also be happy to help you during your stay.
Our house has double-glazed windows in every room and lets in a lot of brightness. The high ceilings (up to approx. 4m) make the rooms particularly spacious and open. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, etc.), the dining room (with an impressive chandelier) and the living room (internet-enabled 40-inch TV and fireplace) openly merge. The bedroom with two single beds (160x200cm) is separated by a double-leaf door.
Two patio doors lead to the patio with a fountain. A roof leads to the small but fine toilet / shower room with towel warmer located in the patio. A washing machine is in an extra room.
In summer you can relax in the shady porch in the beautiful seating area. There is also a terrace on the first floor above the porche, on which two deck chairs and a large parasol lure. Here you can enjoy the sun's rays even in the low season.
Another bedroom with one or two beds if desired is on the first floor, to which a staircase leads from the living room.
It is a very special house, a gem to relax. Vacation in a town house is something personal and can be spent very individually. You have a completely different insight into the life of the local people and you naturally become part of it. The people of Arta in particular are very friendly and particularly open. At the same time, they are very proud of their traditions and festivals and are happy to share them with strangers. Please note: There are roadblocks and restrictions especially in the summer at the San Salvdor Festival (07/26/07/08/19)

Check in was easy, easy to find.
House is located in a small street near the main street.
House was very clean. Main bedroom 1 downstairs, windows on the streetside was not expected; more noise also die to motorbikes parking infront of the house. One bedroom (1p) Upstairs. Airconditioning does not cover the bedrooms, windows open due to street noise was not an option. Bedroom get very hot. Matras is not firm, size 140 and therefore not ideal.
Kitchen is well equiped. Toilet and bathroom are outside in seperate building, crossing the patio. There is no privacy as neighbors can look into the patio. Especially at night with all the bugs, this is a little uncomfortable.
Patio and terrace are a nice benefit.
Good contact with the owner by app. For a two week stay the lack of working airconditioning in the bedroom, the bed and the bathroom not in the main building, a second stay is depending on other options and price.

Como estar en casa…. Es muy confortable y muy bien equipada. Y aunqur está en el centro, es muy tranquilo. Ideal para relajarse unos días y aprovechar para hacer excursiones por la zona.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Stadthaus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen aber dennoch ruhig. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Das Patio lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin als auch mit der Verwalterin war perfekt. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.
