It has 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, and 2 with 2 single beds), kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave ....), 2 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor, accessible through an external staircase), large dining room 32 m2 with air conditioning, large upper terrace of 70 m2 with beautiful views of the sea and the bay of Alcudia. ADSL Internet available. Washing machine on the lower floor. And large garden of 375 m2 and plenty of space for children. The house has 150 m2 built on a plot of 400 m2. It is located 850 m from the beach. Entry time: after 2:00 p.m. Departure time: before 2:00 p.m.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is spacious, clean, and very well equipped, with multiple outdoor areas set up to relax and dine. The massive rooftop terrace was a stunning surprise—not shown in the photos—and offers breathtaking views of the town and the sea.The village is peaceful and beautiful, surrounded by mountains and just a short walk about 10 mins from a small and charming sandy beach.The owner made us feel very welcome, and was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. We had a fantastic time and would love to return! Highly recommended!

We were visiting the house of Juan for 1 week. The communication with Juan was very easy and uncomplicated. The house has everything we needed for our stay. The location is also very nice and not very touristic. We really enjoyed our stay!
