A pet can be brought free of charge, as long as it is covered by a liability insurance. But this must be communicated to the landlord. Normal use of the air conditioning (only when needed and in presence and closed windows) is included in the rental price, excessive use will be charged. Arta is a quiet town with about 6,000 residents. The town centre offers beautiful restaurants and a large selection of shops in the pedestrian area (about a 5 to 10 minute walk), which is also where the weekly market takes place on Tuesdays.
