About this villa rental

The beautiful and peaceful Finca Na Babayana is located in Capdepera, Mallorca, just a few minutes from the dream bays of Cala Agulla and Cala Mesquida.



It has extensive green areas where you can rest outdoors or enjoy a barbecue with family and friends.



The cozy stone country house is distributed on a single floor and has space for four people. The outdoor area, under the grapevine, has a table for four diners, to enjoy pleasant outdoor dinners on summer nights. Inside, a living room with satellite TV, 2 large bedrooms with two single beds each, a bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a table with four chairs. Relax in the garden under one of the many shady trees in its hammocks or enjoy a delicious barbecue on the furnished terrace.



This farm has a special detail, its endearing animal inhabitants: turtles, goats, and a domestic pig!

We have really enjoyed our stay at the guest house and can highly recommend it. It is very cosy and equipped with everything you might need. The host was so kind and helpful and we felt really welcome. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Francisca ist eine nette und liebenswürdige Person. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Einfahrt, mit dem elektrischen Einfahrtstor zum Grundstück, welche am Haupthaus, welches von Francisca bewohnt wird, vorbeiführt, war schon sehr einladend. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir nichts von ihr mitbekommen. Ein Blumenstrauss, Früchte, Wasser, Fruchtsaft und eine Flasche Wein hatte Francisca bereitgestellt. Der Garten war sehr schön, sodass wir uns (2 Personen) gleich wohl gefühlt hatten. Für die Jahreszeit war es ungewöhnlich heiss, aber der Garten bietet ausreichend Schatten und es ging meistens ein leichter Wind, dass wir es auch tagsüber gut aushielten. Die Küchenausstattung war zweckdienlich. Zum Grillieren hatte es auch zwei Fischzangen und der rechteckige Grill war schön gross, aber nicht zu schwer, sodass wir diesen an verschiedenen Orten benutzen konnten. Die ca. 250 bis 300 m entfernte Strasse ist kaum hörbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Finca wieder mieten. Danke Francisca.

Eine superschön ruhig gelegene Finca mit allem, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Paqui war sehr proaktiv, immer freundlich und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Hasta la proxima :-)
