APP. PUERTO AZUL: 100m away from the beautifully landscaped and completely car-free fishing port and marina in Cala Bona. Completely and lavishly renovated, this apartment is very modern. It offers 2-storey 140 sqm living space plus. A 50 square meter roof terrace and 2 more balconies. The entrance is in the second Floor of a private residence (own private stairway). In this floor you can reach 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, very spacious living / dining room and the open kitchen. Per interior staircase leads to the upper floor with further bedrooms, walk-in closet / dressing room, another bathroom ensuite and large roof terrace with shady awning, table and chairs, hammock, sun loungers and sea views.
The modern kitchen has Zerankochfeld (4-burner), oven, microwave, toaster, filter- and separate Italia Expresso coffee machine, kettle, electric juicer, table grill, dishwasher. In the kitchen, dining area with table and 6 chairs. Living room with sofa and chairs, further dining table with seating for 6 persons.
50 "flat screen TV with satellite channels (all major German channels), WIFI (own private network). Air conditioning hot / cold in the living room and all bedrooms (10,00 € / night).
2 balconies of each 8 square meters to the front of the house (pedestrian area) in two floors. The bottom has 2 outdoor sofas.
Storeroom with washing machine, iron and ironing board, cleaning material, hair dryer, scales. All bedrooms with shutters darkened.
Since 2019, the apartment has an official license for holiday rental from the Tourist Board.

The apartment had everything we needed. It was spotless and central to the harbour and beaches. We walked 20-30 mins or so to the beaches at Cala Millor as we preferred them but overall loved Cala Bona and will be back. Plenty to do and lots of good places to eat. It was a bit noisy on a night from neighbouring hotels but only until midnight so wasn’t an issue. Would definitely stay again and next time pay for aircon as it was still crazy hot on a night time in mid Sept! Perfect place to get away especially out of season!

Wij hebben twee weken afwisselend met vijf personen een super tijd in de woning doorgebracht! Woning ervaren als modern, met smaak ingericht, schoon, voldoende ruimte ook voor zes personen. Waren in bezit van een auto en konden zo mooi de omgeving met de vele stranden/baaitjes in noordelijke en zuidelijke richting ontdekken. Verder ondanks laat in de nacht te arriveren, werden wij vriendelijk door de heer Klett ontvangen en die ons ook nog uitgebreid van alle informatie voorzag. Woning bevelen wij van harte aan!!1 tip echter... wij zouden het zelf erg handig hebben gevonden wanneer er een stofzuiger aanwezig zou zijn geweest. Dit nodigt wat meer uit om tussentijds even de vloer schoon te maken, maar is uiteraard een kleinigheidje.
