The location of this house was awesome. A very short walk and you are at the beach, and Publix, along with other shops, are within walking distance. The en suite bathroom to the main bedroom is very small with a tiny shower and the outside of the house could use a little love, but for our group of four, it worked very well. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Loved everything about the condo, the pools and the beach. It’s all within walking distance and close to restaurants and shopping!

Location is amazing but maintenance of the home seems to be lacking. Sloppy patches on walls, heavy rust on garage door. Provided kitchen acutruments were good (pans, dishes, plates, silverware). Upgrading from toaster to small toaster oven would be excellent. Bathrooms are tiny. The mast felt more like a ship "head" verse home bathroom. No counter space at all in bedroom bathrooms. The master bedroom has a mattress topper that works like quicksand but the twin beds on bedroom number two and the third queen are basically rocks. A basic topper would go a very long way. My poor teens said they basically were like sleeping on rocks. Living area is cozy but could use a blanket for a light sunburn after the day at the beach. It's all about location for this one and that was fabulous. 2 minutes to the ocean and two minutes to Publix. On the beach but close enough to spend the day being touristy in St. Augustine old town. It could definitely use a little love as it appeared to be the budget house on the cul-de-sac.
