Two king-sized bedrooms offer plush comfort, while a third bedroom features a queen-sized bed for a restful night`s sleep. Additionally, a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room provides flexibility for larger groups.

The home offers 2 full bathrooms, one en suite to the master bedroom, and another conveniently located near the other rooms. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and essentials for your stay.

Step outside onto the paved patio, where you`ll find your own private sanctuary. Surrounded by the lush greenery of a well-tended landscape, this oasis features a mesmerizing live oak tree that provides both shade and a whimsical ambiance. Gather around the built-in fire pit as you share stories and create unforgettable memories under the starry skies. Grill up a feast on the grill, adding a touch of culinary magic to your evenings. Off the primary bedroom is a lovely and private courtyard, perfect for morning coffee!

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!

Wonder place!! Highly recommend. The process was so easy. It was about 2 blocks over and 1 block up to the trolley rides. About 10 minutes to Walmart and literally 3-5 minutes to Publix. Vilano Beach is about 5 minutes. Great, great location. Comfy beds, comfy furniture, a tv room, a living room for reading. A nice fire pit and fenced in yard with greenery growing on it for privacy. And there are 3 bikes to ride. Large washer and dryer. The only thing I would take would be my favorite skillet. They have plenty of cook ware and dishes.

Our go to place in St. Augustine. Sparkling clean, easy walking distance to the historic district attractions. Around the corner from Magnolia Street, Fountain of Youth and peacocks. The bikes were a bonus, as was the fire pit. We’l be back!

Lots of room!! Clean , nice appliances, comfortable beds! and a perfect location! We could walk to the Old Town Trolley pickup!! I also appreciated the very good communication with the property manager!! That’s a big plus!! We would definitely recommend this property!!

The house looked exactly as represented on line.Clean and spacious. The fire pit outside was wonderful.I didn’t notice any excessive outside noise. The room darkening curtains were excellent. Check in was easy.I’m still not sure about the mattresses though. They were clean and seemed new, but way too firm for me. This is just a personal preference. Also, not having a hard copy of the guest book was unexpected. I have never been able to get QR codes to work. All in all, I’d happily stay again.
