A beautiful Vilano Beach home that is a few minute walk to enjoy the this beach that a good spot for collecting shells and lucky visitors might also find a shark tooth or even a piece of sea glass. One may also spot a dolphin or two playing in the ocean! Beach Facilities available at Surfside Beach Park include, Restrooms, Pavilion
Picnic tables and Grills! This home is close to many great restaurants, shopping and grocery store, beautiful historic downtown St Augustine is a 5 minute drive. This is a an updated home decorated with a beach theme. It has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. This home has a washer/dryer, Smart Tv's with RoKu, wrap around deck on the upper level and an additional deck with grill in the rear lower level. Enjoy the private back yard. Pets will be considered with a separate deposit. Parking spaces for 4 cars.
The Upper Level has 3 bedrooms/2 baths and a living/dining area, Owners Suite-King Bed and full bath, 2nd bedroom-Queen bed shared full bath with 3rd bedroom
3rd bedroom has a twin trundle (2 twin beds).
The lower level has a separate entrance and with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, living room and limited kitchen/dining room.

The property is within a reasonable walking distance from the beach, and there is a crosswalk. There were plenty of towels, and the a/c worked well. The kitchen had a coffee maker but not a Keurig. There were plenty of dishes, soap, and paper towels but no products like aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or ziplock bags- things that are easy to grab but good to know before you arrive. There was one lamp upstairs and one lamp downstairs so all bedrooms could use one of their own. As others have noted, the stairs are outside so it does make a family vacation a little disjointed. Overall, a great stay. The beach area was clean and not overly crowded. Local restaurants were great.

This was our third year in a row staying at this adorable house. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were comfy. The porches are cozy. The beach was a quick walk down the street. Feels like our home away from home!

We wanted a quiet place close to the beach and this was great for a few families and kids. Duplex setup was perfect for the adults with no kids to sleep separately. Plenty of things within walking distance on the beach (beach is 2 min walk) and you’re far enough from the actual public beach so it’s not too crowded.Enjoyed the weekend, thanks!
