About this house rental
Beautiful and newly renovated 3 story townhome right on the beach. All the comforts of home are here -- just bring your swimsuit and smile and get ready for a great vacation! This is 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, but we also own the home right next door, so if you're booking for a get away with other family or friends, let us know as our other property can make a total of 6 bedrooms and 7 bath, with an outdoor shower!
We are 5 minutes from the nightlife, restaurants and shopping of downtown St Augustine, and a short walk across the street to Publix (groceries/liquor), pizza, and other shopping and food. The beach is right down the driveway, and the 4 patios offer nice ocean breezes, and views of the sea. Our private community pool is also steps away for a refreshing dip!

Loved this condo! Has beach access at the end of the condos so easy to get to and you don’t have to walk far. It was so easy to get in contact with the host and they responded very quickly! I would definitely stay here again!

The property was very nice! Literally 20 steps from the beach. The set up was nice for aging couples to be on the garage level. Big floor plan and we loved the decks and being able to sit outside. Would definitely come back!

Very clean condo and very close walk to the beach/ocean, No real view of the ocean however from the condo. The condo is 3 levels with very steep stairs to second/third levels. We brought small dogs with and the stairs we ultimately determined were a hazard. A baby gate at the condo would have been helpful. A bedroom was available on ground floor behind the garage which was very welcome for the pet situation so not to have to traverse the staircase. Not a lot of Pet Friendly grassy areas around the condo as well, but not much they can do about that . The kitchen was very clean with adequate kitchen supplies. Appreciated the beach wagon!! Much thanks to our hosts and for welcoming ourselves and pets to enjoy Vilano Beach!FYI- the very close Publix closes at 9P , so plan accordingly * Also a water hose outside the garage would be helpful for feet wash off prior to entering the condo.
