About this house rental
Beautiful and newly renovated 3 story townhome right on the beach. All the comforts of home are here -- just bring your swimsuit and smile and get ready for a great vacation! This is 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, but we also own the home right next door, so if you're booking for a get away with other family or friends, let us know as our other property can make a total of 6 bedrooms and 7 bath, with an outdoor shower!
We are 5 minutes from the nightlife, restaurants and shopping of downtown St Augustine, and a short walk across the street to Publix (groceries/liquor), pizza, and other shopping and food. The beach is right down the driveway, and the 4 patios offer nice ocean breezes, and views of the sea. Our private community pool is also steps away for a refreshing dip!

We love Vilano Beach. We have been going there for years. The convenience from the condo to Publix, restaurants and the beach are top notch. We arrived, parked our vehicles and didn’t move them until we left. There was a lot of sand in the floors and in one bed upstairs but not that big of a deal. We added to the sand and changed the sheets and went about our day. We will definitely be back and tell all our friends.

Wonderful house with plenty of room. PET FRIENDLY! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is 3 stories, no issues for us. Perfect location. Walking distance to everything in Vilano. Owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely book here again!
