Charming 3/2 cottage located in the historic Surfside Community of Vilano. Once this home belonged to the Capo Family who brought visitors from downtown St Augustine across the Intercoastal on a ferry to the beach in the 1920’s. Today, you can enjoy the vintage vibe, with modern conveniences. Only 2 min walk to Surfside Beach! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for small families, girls weekends or little romantic get aways. Beautiful fenced back yard, 2 blocks to public tennis courts and pickleball. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants and across the street from the beach. One small dog will be permitted with a $100 non refundable pet fee.

We had a great time walking the beach with my little dog. Sooo great! The location cannot be beat The beds were comfy, the kitchen and bathroom and laundry room well stocked. Had a wonderful time! 10/10

I rented this house last summer and couldn't wait to rent it again. The communication was excellent. The property has everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay with only a 1/2 block from the beach. You can't get better than that!

The property is both charming and spacious; considerably larger than it appears in pictures; the host is extremely kind and responsive; what really made this property great was how conveniently located it was to the beach and Historic Downtown St. Augustine; highly recommend for its charm and location and very helpful host

Cute Historic cottage across the street from the beach. Spacious with a great fenced backyard area. Comfy beds, each with an en suite. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare all our meals. Owner was easy to communicate with. Loved our stay!
