Welcome to the Las Olas Cabana! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This cozy townhome is in the perfect location nestled between the beach and the intercoastal waterway. Incredible proximity to the beach and walkable to several top restaurants in the neighborhood including local favorite Caps on the Water. The heart of downtown Saint Augustine is just a quick car ride away.
First Floor: Bedroom with king bed, full bathroom with shower-tub combo, dining room with seating for 6, fully equipped kitchen, and open living room
Second Floor: Open loft bedroom with luxurious king bed and twin day bed and trundle. Attached is a second full bathroom.
Backyard: Fully fenced, putting green, dining set under romantic pergola

Guests have private access to the entire townhome and backyard as well as free Wi-Fi, off-street parking for 2 vehicles, complimentary first morning stock of coffee and access to Fubo on each of the TVs.
PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $49 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)

The interior of your condo was excellent. Everything is very very clean. The outside in the landscaping could use a little TLC but overall it was excellent. I think everything we needed was provided, except may be a dish towel or two. I’ll definitely to try and stay with you next time Maureen Saint Augustine. And thank you for all your quick responses to any questions we had.
