This is a very nice unit with such personality. Photos are accurate and features/amenities are as described. The Host communicated promptly and was responsive to questions. This was a convenient location for our mini-vacation, the Vilano area is close to Old Town but quiet. We needed a one- level entry for our Senior dog and this was perfect for him, along with fenced yard. Since the upstairs bedroom suite is a loft, there is a fair amount of noise, but otherwise great. Kitchen was nicely appointed with just about anything you would need. The neighborhood was a safe and quiet place to walk as well.

Tommaso was an excellent host. He went way beyond to help us work through arrangements when the bad weather impacted our arrival plans. In addition, he patiently helped me through the changes I needed to make in our reservation.

The place seemed kind of low budget for the money. My main complaint was the host. I could not believd the list of rules and threats she made. She even insisted we wash her dishes and take out the trash. We would do these things anyway but resent being expected to.
