Newly renovated beachie cottage on rare 1/2 acre lot with a 67 oak tree canopy. open floor plan with 2 living rooms and spacious kitchen greets you as you enter, through the kitchen to the back door where a 400 sq foot trex deck with 6 person spa awaits after long days at the beach which is less than 3 blocks away to a welll maintained dedicated county beach access. Back home you'll enjoy the large shaded property with room to roam. Enjoy sunsets one block west on the intracoastal waterway.
