Spread across three levels, the home sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2.5 baths. Each floor balances shared gathering space with private retreats. An ADA-compliant elevator connects every level with ease.
Comfort & convenience
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep every season comfortable. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected when needed. A washer, dryer, and essentials are on hand for longer stays. Self check-in via keypad means a flexible, stress-free arrival.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. Barbecue utensils are ready for grilling, and the dining table brings everyone together.
Outdoor living & pool
Unwind on the patio or balcony with an ocean breeze. After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading in. Guests have access to the community saltwater pool - available all year. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). The pool is shared with the Salt Therapy South house. Beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - are provided for your time on the shore.
Parking & location
Free driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles is available on premises, with additional space for a boat or jet ski. Local dining, grocery stores, and historic St. Augustine are just a short drive away. Dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

It was good. We had a terrific time. Location and views of the ocean from across the street were very good, but the traffic noise from this very busy street is a draw back. The pool is not heated and this should be made very clear to potential renters. The rental company was attentive and provided a broom and a vacuum cleaner upon request. But a new grill should be provided every year as ours was so bad, even after the handy man cleaned it, I refused to use it. I would have much higher marks if the pool was heated and there was an adequate grill.

Location of property was great! Beach was very close, communication with property manager was great…however cleanliness of the place was not good.. mold in showers.. and baby high chair had lots of mold in it.
Sheets on master bedroom were stained and dirty.. they did tell us that there were more sheets in closet, however if there is a cleaning fee, we do expect it to be clean and not have to do it ourselves.
