Welcome to the Sun Catcher of Vilano Beach! Fit 8 people in this spacious 3BR/3.5BA home located just 5-min walk to the white sands of Vilano Beach. Relax around the sparkling clean pool located in our private, fully-fenced backyard. Jump into our game room located in the 2nd building on the property loaded with a pool table, ping pong, darts, and all the classics. 5-min walk to the best restaurants in the area, Caps on the Water. Only 12-min drive to Historic Downtown St. Augustine.
THE SPACE
The Sun Catcher encompasses the true Florida beach lifestyle, as this beach retreat is equipped with all of the beach supplies that you will need for proper beach days including beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards ready to go for our guests! Convenience and high-end comfort for our guests are the focus at The Sun Catcher. Not just your place to sleep at night - We are your hub to an authentic Florida Experience.
**We are dog-friendly - We allow two dogs maximum on the property at all times - PET FEE is $148 for your whole stay**

This community and our property is full of live oak tree coverage, which makes for great shade during those Summer Days after the beach.
Walk to the beach in 5-minutes. Our grocery store is only a 5-min drive from the home. Enjoy being only a 12-min drive to the Historic Downtown St. Augustine.

The location of this property is good, just a short 2 block walk to the beach, with easy access. The location is quiet, which is always appreciated.There are some general maintenance items that would improve the location. For example, wall damage in a few areas. Also the game room had a musty smell, so we did not end up using this space.Kitchens very important to me. This kitchen was stocked with the basics, but nothing beyond that.

This house was the perfect fit for my family. Close access to the beach and river. Restaurants near by, quiet friendly neighborhood host was very responsive and great with communication. We will definitely be booking here again!

The house had all the amenities and was in an excellent location. However, the pool was super dirty and wasn’t cleaned until the 2nd to last day before we left (1 week stay)…. The beds were comfortable but all the couches/chairs were absolutely atrocious, and because of bad weather we spent a lot of time at the house. The sitting area definitely needs some better seating options because they destroyed everyone’s back.

Beautiful. Short walk to the beach access. Pool small dirty and cold. Broken door to the dirty screened porch. Neighbors are disrespectful to renters. And absolutely no noice at all aloud at all all day!
