Newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath town home located near Vilano Beach! 10 minute walk to beach access off 3rd Street. 5 minute drive to North Beach. Near shopping and restaurants not far from downtown St Augustine. Sleeps 6 on one King Bed (2), one Queen Bed (2), two twin beds (2). Private patio/grill area and Private propane firepit. Awesome place to stay with pets. Super comfortable beds, everything you need to feel at home, great backyard, fantastic location. When i discovered one of the provided beach chairs was broke and let the owner know, he immediately ordered a new chair which arrived the next day.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. We plan on staying there again whenever we get back to St. Augustine (which we love). Thank you Weston for all of your hospitality! It was a pleasure to meet you and stay at your place.
