Enjoy a peaceful stay at this superb 2-bedroom townhome in St. Augustine. The cozy bedrooms feature a king and queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. Relax in the charming living room with an additional fold-out couch (queen) for extra guests. This property offers heating, AC, WiFi, full size washer/dryer, outdoor shower and a fenced-in private side and back yard (for pets) for your convenience. There are parking spaces for 2 vehicles. The bathroom includes a shower and a hairdryer. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in St. Augustine. Note: The townhome is located on the entire lower level/first floor of the home. Fenced in side and backyard is not shared and is for the VRBO use only.

Excellent, spacious home. The host is extremely responsive and highly accessible. The location is terrific. The kitchen had just about anything one would need to cook a great meal and the bed in the primary room is very comfortable! (We didn’t use the other bedroom) We slept like babies. A good assortment of games to choose from and room for plenty at the large round table. The outdoor shower was my own private oasis /guilty pleasure after a long day at the beach!The A/C was wonderful and blew wonderful cold air! All of this made for a most excellent vacation! This is a wonderful property. It was very clean and instructions for its care were very thorough. It is a quick walk to the beach and an easy drive into St. Augustine. The host was accommodating and was very responsive to questions we had. I’d highly recommend and I hope to rent it again.
