Relax in the charming living room with an additional fold-out couch (queen) for extra guests. This property offers heating, AC, WiFi, full size washer/dryer, outdoor shower and a fenced-in private side and back yard (for pets) for your convenience. There are parking spaces for 2 vehicles. The bathroom includes a shower and a hairdryer. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in St. Augustine. Note: The townhome is located on the entire lower level/first floor of the home. Fenced in side and backyard is not shared and is for the VRBO use only.

Great stay and a wonderful host. Everything in the house was well labeled. The house was clean and organized. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the outdoor shower is a major plus! The nearby park and beach were awesome! Would highly recommend and stay again. The welcome booklet is also a nice touch!
