The Great Wave has the capacity to sleep 7 comfortably in 2 large bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The bright, spacious living room has a queen sleeper sofa and twin chair-and-a-half sleeper, both with cool gel foam mattresses so that everyone gets the ultimate restful night’s sleep. Both large, sea life-themed bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have comfy king-sized beds and both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body bar soap, lotion, and make-up removing wipes. The oceanside Starfish bedroom has its own private door that opens out to the spacious screened-in patio overlooking the ocean, sand dunes, and grassy play area. The Starfish ensuite has a tub/shower combo with your choice of the rain shower head and/or the handheld massage shower head. The tub/shower and toilet are closed off from the single sink bathroom vanity area for greater privacy. The Starfish’s new king bed has a nightstand on both sides that have integrated USB ports for charging all your devices. The poolside Sea Turtle bedroom has a king bed equipped with an adjustable base and remote control so that you decide your own level of comfort. The head of the bed can be raised to improve sleep and for optimal TV viewing of the 42” Smart TV. Both nightstands also have integrated USB ports so everyone can stay charged. The Sea Turtle’s ensuite has a standup shower with a brand-new glass sliding door and a multi-setting massage shower head with handheld option great for washing off kiddos after a fun filled day at the beach. Bath towels and “sand-free” beach towels are provided and labeled for your use.

Everyone will love the Great Wave’s easy accessibility as it is conveniently located on the first floor, a short walk from the parking area and our own boardwalk that leads to the beach. The front door looks out over the newly redone and sparkling pool so you can keep an eye on the kids and grandma :) Everyone can kick back poolside in the plentiful provided seating. The back door opens out to the patio which then leads to the lush lawn where family fun can be had with yard games like bocci ball or ultimate frisbee! The Seawatch tennis court is available to all guests staying at the Great Wave and tennis balls and rackets are provided for your use. If you would prefer to park your car and leave it parked underneath our covered and reserved parking space, you may do so and you may be able to save money on parking in St. Augustine by taking a quick Uber/Lyft ride into town instead of paying for the public parking garage or wasting time searching for on-street, metered parking. The Great Wave also has ample additional parking for guests so there is space for the whole family!
