Everything about our stay was FANTASTIC. The villa was spacious and spotless with incredible views of the Pacific. Our hosts were responsive when we had a minor issue. The Princeville area was beautiful and we were only 15 minutes from the old style Hawaiian town of Hanalei that had wonderful restaurants and an incredible fish market (The Dolphin). Cannot recommend this location highly enough.

This home was exactly as advertised. It had the most beautiful views of both the mountains and the ocean from the patio. We enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning and the location was perfect, it was close to all essentials like grocery and dining (we LOVED Hanalei) and yet it felt quiet and away from the huge resort crowds. The house itself was perfect, so spacious, clean and had everything and MORE (like umbrellas for the bursts of rain, towels, and snorkel gear, coolers, ice packs). Would absolutely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The villa is very close to the hideaway beach and excellent view of the ocean. Wendy was very good in accommodating our needs and was easy to reach out. The facilities inside the villa is “home away from home”. Thank you very much and we look forward to a repeat visit soon

We have used these types of Villas several times over the last decades, this is a very nice one and it has two single beds making it excellent for traveling with children. You can both see the ocean and waterfalls on the mountains from the house and we would like to come back.

We stayed here for a week for a fun family vacation. The location was amazing. We walked across the street almost every night to watch the sunset over the ocean. We loved eating out on the lanai and looking at the ocean and/or the mountains. We also enjoyed walking to hideaways beach for some snorkeling. Hanalei Bay is a short distance. We spent a lot of time there as it has become our favorite beach on Kauai. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed. If you need more than two beach chairs and two boogie boards, you'll need to rent them. Our stay was amazing and we would, for sure, stay here again.

Stayed in this beautiful condo with my family for spring break. We absolutely loved it and wish we could stay for the summer! I can’t say enough good things about the unit. The views are incredible and there are so many windows with tons of natural light. You can watch the beautiful sunset every evening from the condo or walk right across the street to see the coastline. We loved having coffee on the balcony and listening to the birds every morning. Very clean and lovely. Highly recommend!

The home was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Very well appointed kitchen with every amenity needed. Same with the bathrooms. The primary king bed was extremely comfortable - a difficult thing to achieve away from home. Communication was perfect as well. The views shown in the photos are spot on. HIGHLY recommend.

This rental was absolutely perfect. The location was great, the place was spacious, and everything was very clean. There was very easy access from the parking space to the front door (other homes had a flight of stairs to get to the door). The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed. A huge plus was the provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and the variety of different sized ice chests. We’re already planning our next trip back!

We couldn’t have hoped for a better stay. The space was perfect for our family of 4. We didn’t feel crowded. The split levels and high ceilings helped. The condo is nicely upgraded with everything you need. Gorgeous views out of every window. Neighborhood is safe and well-kept. The location was ideal for north shore exploring. A wonderful little house with a very functional kitchen and living area directly across from the ocean and a short walk to a beach. Some things to note: 1) The house has nice ceiling fans but not AC, and it can get hot in the house in the middle of the day; 2) The beach is down a VERY steep trail, which is fine for kids 4+ and adults, but might not be appropriate for kids younger than 4 or older people who have difficulty with very steep trails.

Everything was perfect and the place exceeded our expectations. Views from the villa are spectacular. Place looks recently renovated and the finishes/decor look great in the space. I was planning on renting snorkel gear and beach chairs, but they had everything there for us to use. Owner is very kind and has great communication. Would LOVE to stay here anytime I’m in Kauai.

This air b and b went way above our expectations. My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary and we were blown away by the house and location. The house has everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach equipment. We kept the chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear in our Jeep the whole week and hopped around from beach to beach . The location was our favorite part. We were able to walk to three different beaches and queens bath in under 15 minutes. Multiple nights we walked to the resort down the street, One Hanalei, and had drinks and dinner. Our favorite two beaches, hideaway and Pali Ke Kua, were right across the street and parking is super limited, but not a problem with being able to walk. I cannot recommend this property enough. If it is available do not hesitate to book!

This bright, well appointed villa is absolutely gorgeous and has stunning views from the many windows. The owners have thought of every convenience such as snorkels, fins, boogie boards, water toys, books, and have stocked the villa so well. The location is wonderful and we enjoyed scenic walks to some gorgeous beaches. The owners were very easy to reach and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this beautiful villa! We absolutely will be back to stay here again.

This villa was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable, and we greatly appreciated the design of the house to let the air flow through for natural cooling, but multiple fans helped too . The owners provided many extras for us to use while staying in Princeville: snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers and more. The views over to the ocean provided great sunset watching but we especially loved the mountain view from the deck. Gorgeous! This home is in a great location for north shore exploring.

Look no further, it doesn’t get any better than this. Perfectly located at a sunset overlook of the ocean and the mountains. The cleanest rental ever. Renovated to perfection. Everything you could need and more. 3 wonderful fans in each room and the amazing breeze keeps you cool. Easy checkin and check out. Wonderful location to all Princeville has to offer. Just as the photos show. 10 min walk to the newly remodeled One Hotel Hanalei with incredible views and expensive but delicious food. Right across the street from incredible sunsets that can be seen from the condo. 20 min walk to Princeville shops and restaurants and grocery. The north shore of Kauai is much more damp than the south shore and the bottom level of this condo is damp. It has a musty smell but the many fans and open windows take it away. Your clothes and the sheets literally feel wet when you get in them. This is normal for Kauai. This condo is a paradise found and we will return.

This property well exceeded our expectations. This was our first time on Kauai and really didn't know what the area was going to be like. I have to say this property has easily 4 different beaches all walking distance. The layout of the house was great for a family of four and the decks to enjoy the sunset was great and especially hearing of the crashing of the waves. The house has everything you need: masks, snorkels, fins, two easy fold up chairs, two backpack chairs, big cooler, small cooler. Really great assortment of cooking utensils. I also enjoyed walking distance to the pizza place which was literally a 3 min walk away and it was great to get a cocktail at the Hanalei Bay One Bar's at the hotel while at the beach. Thumbs up all the way around !

What could be better than a private villa overlooking the ocean, amazing walking paths, Albatrosses nesting a short walk away, sunsets a hop across the street, immaculate home, lovely kitchen, trade winds breezing through the home! We had an amazing time.

This place was everything and more! The location is beautiful and easy to get to fun and flavorful “local” experiences. The deck’s spectacular views of mountains, lush flora and ocean was such a treat. Short walks to beach and hikes. The house was very clean and comfortably furnished. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, dish ware, updated appliances and many other essentials and non essentials. The house, entry, supplies and included toys and equipment were all just as described. Wendy was very responsive. The welcoming packet was one of the most thorough we’ve ever seen including a very helpful list of local beaches, hikes, activities, restaurants, shopping. This is definitely a 5 Star experience!

My husband and I stayed for a week with another couple. This villa is a true gem!! It is beautiful inside and out! We loved the north beach location. We drove around to the south/west areas twice - it took between 1 to 2 hours - and was totally worth it! Waking up to the mountain/beach views every morning was amazing. After a rain, we counted seven waterfalls in the mountains from the deck. And walking to the beautiful beaches was perfect! The villa was extremely clean and well stocked. We cooked most dinners so we could relax on the deck and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. If you would rather dine out, the quaint village of Hanalei Bay is a short drive away! I recommend this villa to anyone considering a trip to Kauai!!

The house is gorgeous, tastefully decorated with all the amenities. The location offers spectacular views which includes beautiful sunsets seen on one side and waterfall mountains on the other. Overall we were very pleased with our accommodations. Having Hanalei Bay only 10 minutes away was a treat! Our kids complained a bit about the lack of AC in their bedroom which runs a little hotter than ideal. Thankfully there are many fans which help. I would have loved to see a wall AC unit, but in general the place was perfect for what we needed. Wendy was responsive and helpful! We will be back once we save up our money again!!
