This cozy retreat is close to the Smokey Mountain National Park and Gatlinburg. Come up in elevation to escape the heat and crowd of town. Newly decorated studio on ground floor, no carrying luggage up stairs. Corner unit offers additional windows and opportunity to view wildlife. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and hikers. Beautiful view of the Smokies from the pool area. Included on the grounds for your use are an outdoor heated pool (seasonal, closing approx. Oct. 1st), charcoal and gas grills, 2 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, game room (hot tubs, sauna and game room open year round), coin operated washer and dryer on second floor of building. Nest doorbell, Alexa and multiple USB's. Sorry, no children, pets, smoking/vaping, minimum age 21.

Unit was a cute studio, exactly as described. Owner was very accommodating although we had no issues. Shower pressure great. We could see zipliners right from the back porch or windows by the bed. Great stay and great trip - we will be back. My husband really enjoyed the road to the room - especially after riding the mountain coaster!!

10/10 this place is just perfect for 2 people that are in the go the whole time! Sparkling clean, hosts were amazing a very communicative !! Can’t wait to go back!!

I have talked to Kathy myself about a couple of VERY MINOR things that were an issue for me..absolutely nothing that would make me not recommended this place over! She was a wonderful host..very nice, responsive, just awesome!
