Studio apartment in a quiet property with a pool, hot tub and sauna. Clean and comfortable. Property owner was very kind and helpful, even when I had to call her after 8pm. A couple of notes: bring your own pillows, and the Garbage truck came at 5:30am on Sunday morning.

We had a wonderful stay at "Pine Cone Corner." The apartment was in good condition, equipped with everything we needed, and its location made it so easy for us to unwind and enjoy our getaway, serving as the perfect home base for our trip. What truly made our experience special was our host, Kathy. She was incredibly responsive and genuinely caring, always replying to our messages within minutes. Whenever we encountered any issues, she was quick to help resolve them, ensuring that our stay was completely hassle-free. We highly recommend this lovely property!

Great place at the top of the mountain. Great communication and instructions. The only negative, which is no fault of the host, is that my husband is 6’7”. He barely fit inside the door. The ceiling was about an inch from his head. Therefore the bed was also a little challenging as it is surrounded by 3 walls and he could not stretch out fully. Again no fault of the host. She was great and the place was great. Just a caution if you happen to be on the taller side.

The property is really on top of the mountain. Not recommended if you are you are planing activity off the mountain. Definitely recommend for a quite retreat. There are amazing views.

I could not find anything wrong with the place the place was perfect. The only thing that I had trouble with is we were not told that it was pretty much on top of a mountain and you are driving like if you were in astronaut trying to get up the hill. and then when you went down a hill you actually had to ride your brakes the whole way down. and when you got down to the end of the Hill you could smell your brakes burning cuz you had to put on your brakes the whole time. Other than that I would have to say that the view was gorgeous. the people that was there around us was very very polite. the contact lady that we would talk to to get all our information was very very polite I cannot give her any kind of bad review at all her place was perfect it smells nice great view clean comfortable and the little note that was there telling us the best places to go with the top 10 best places to go was perfect .thank you very much

My mom and I came to Gatlinburg for vacation and stayed at Kathy’s condo. Very clean, quiet and full of amenities that you could need on a trip. The drive up to the condo is a pretty scenic drive. Kathy was very helpful in giving lots of info about the area as well as what you’d need to know about the condo and the check in/out process. I would definitely stay at her condo again in the future as well as recommend her place to others that plan to travel to the area

We really enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a place that is quiet and away from crowds this is your place. The room was clean and nice. Has all the electronic charging cables you need. The owner was great at communication and told you everything you need to know about the property and the area. The road where you turn to go to the property is at the entrance to Great Smokey Mountains National Park. Also close enough to Gatlinburg to enjoy the town when you want. When driving around I suggest you take River Road to avoid the traffic on the main street. You can find parking on River Road. There are definitely bears in the area. We saw two and made sure that we had no food in our car at night. Had no issues. We would definitely stay there again.

We had the most wonderful stay, Thank you! Once you get used to the drive up the mountain you realize the property is worth it, and the drive is just part of the experience. First off, Kathy was excellent with communication not only staying in touch before check-in, but during and after as well. I did not find this intrusive, but welcoming knowing that everything would be in order. The condo itself is well maintained and located on a first floor. The property is well maintained with a very nice pool and 2 hot tubs. Everything clean and in order. The views are outstanding as well. We even saw countless bears, and some beautiful dear. I highly recommend this property. There is a reason why this owner and property have 5 stars!

We enjoyed our stay here! The studio condo was perfect for our needs. Recommend following Kathy’s directions to get to the condo as there are some roads that are 2 way but don’t appear to be 2 lanes. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Kathy is great at communicating as they were doing some repair work on the property and ensured we were updated on this. The extra touch to make sure there are charging cords available was nice. The hot tubs on the property were nice after a long day of hiking in the park

Kathy is awesome host and provided much more information than we expected. She is very welcoming! We enjoyed our time. The check in process is super easy and she made the place available way earlier than the 3pm check in time! The place is on the top of the mountain with pools, hot tub and sauna.
