Posizione perfetta per visitare la Biennale e posizionata in un punto tranquillo e non di passaggio , lontano dal caos turistico. Vicinissimo a locali, supermercato e tutto a portata di mano. Siamo tornati già per il secondo anno anche per la cortesia e la dia dello staff.

La casa muy linda por dentro, se puede cocinar tranquilamente. El baño muy lindo. Buena ubicación para la Biennal. Excelente la atención en línea de Thomas.
Hay ratas afuera en la ciudad en general, podrían cambiar la puerta de ingreso que da a la calla por una puerta que NO tenga rejas, así las ratas no pueden entrar al mismo complejo de departamentos. No les cuesta nada hacer eso.

- le personnel était très réactif (sur WhatsApp). - l'emplacement du logement est super pour explorer Venise, proche d'un supermarché, d'une pharmacie, de restaurants (Osteria, Trattoria, ...) - la surface au sol et la literie très propre. - cuisine et ustenciles (présence d'huile d'olive, mais pas d'épices)
- lit très inconfortable (ayant induit des maux de dos), canapé inconfortable, et chaises inconfortables. - vétusté de la salle de bain (des gouttes coulent régulièrement du vélux). - trop cher (pour le prix demandé, le confort n'est pas au niveau)
