Le suivi et l'accompagnement du propriétaire suite à notre réservation. Il a été également arrangeant suite à un changement de dates pour la location.

Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse optimal und die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel und ruhig. Die Art der Schlüsselübergabe ist grundsätzlich gut. Der Gastgeber war via Email ansprechbar, um die Probleme wegen der Stromabschaltung zu lösen - siehe unten.
Allerdings waren zum Zeitpunkt unserer Ankunft gerade Bauarbeiten im ganzen Viertel und der Strom war überall abgeschalten. Unter diesen Umständen hat es etwas länger gedauert, bis unser Gastgeber die Nachbarin verständigen konnte, die uns dann den Zugang zum Apartment ermöglicht hat.

- le personnel était très réactif (sur WhatsApp). - l'emplacement du logement est super pour explorer Venise, proche d'un supermarché, d'une pharmacie, de restaurants (Osteria, Trattoria, ...) - la surface au sol et la literie très propre. - cuisine et ustenciles (présence d'huile d'olive, mais pas d'épices)
- lit très inconfortable (ayant induit des maux de dos), canapé inconfortable, et chaises inconfortables. - vétusté de la salle de bain (des gouttes coulent régulièrement du vélux). - trop cher (pour le prix demandé, le confort n'est pas au niveau)
