Venetian Loft

A lovely maintained loft with necessary amenities. Good for small families.

Location is too far and I’m too congested area, difficult to manoeuvre with family and luggage.

Great location, in the residential center and away from busy commercial centers of Venice. Loved the loft and two bathrooms.

AC was not working and no compensation or additional amenities were offered. The loft has very poor ventilation and there are no fans. It was bearable in May, but would be untenable in July!!!

We liked the location and the apartment design. The owners were responsive.

It didn't feel as clean as it should be. It felt dirty. There were cobwebs on the stairs. The bathrooms were okay but very damp.

Location is really nice, in a quiet and safe part of city. Aprox 20 minutes in lazy walk to San Marco square. Close were restaurants and local shops. Apartment itself is nicely arranged with loft style vibe. It is enough space for family 2 + 2. WiFi is ok. Good communication with rent company. Clean bed sheets and towels

The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of this place. Spider webs almost everywhere on the ceiling and corners, spiders too, loose parts of the bricks falling from the walls. We found 2 pairs of underwear in cabinets, some pills left on the shelfs and floor, used comb after previous visitors. In upper toilet there is no light. Downstairs bathroom is ok except shower curtain which is disgusting. AC is barely working and it has more dust and fungs in it then anything else. On the other hand bed sheets and towels were clean and fresh. I was also not happy with the additional fee for checking in at 21:00 which cost us 35 EUR extra. Its something unusual, but on the other hand I knew about it upfront and I agreed anyway - so no complains here.
