Casa Roberta

It is a very well designed, comfortable, one bedroom apartment which looks out on Via Garibaldi. The position is perfect for the Biennale - 5 minutes walk to each of the Arsenale & Giardini venues. Lots of cafes & restaurants on the street, and two supermarkets. 15 minutes walk to St Mark’s Square. The apartment has plenty of cupboard space, a washing machine, coffee machine, fridge, freezer & dishwasher. Maura, who met us and did the handover, is lovely!!

The bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy. In this current brutally hot summer, the airconditioning struggled a bit to cope. Not a problem for us - but this is a two story walk up, so not for you if you have a mobility impairment.

Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage mit vielen ausgezeichneten Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Wir konnten es gut mit dem Boot erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat mit Kommunikation über WhatsApp funktioniert, wir haben unsere vorgesehene Ankunftszeit gesagt und wir wurden direkt beim Apartment empfangen. Uns wurde alles gezeigt und wir konnten auch das Sofa als zweites Bett nutzen. Die Räume sind groß und das Bad ist neu und sehr sauber. Auch der Ausblick vom Apartment ist toll. Klimaanlage funktioniert bestens und war ein Segen nachdem es während unserem Aufenthalt sehr warm war. Nach dem Check out hatten wir auch die Möglichkeit unser Gepäck in einem separaten Raum aufzubewahren und konnten es dort unkompliziert und selbstständig wieder abholen. Das war besonders angenehm. Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Assolutamente tutto la pulizia dell’alloggio, la qualità dei servizi, la cucina perfettamente attrezzata, la cura dell’arredamento, una casa bellissima e ricca di comodità Ma ciò che ha colpito e il lato umano la gentilezza della proprietaria e la cortesia della persona che ci ha materialmente accolto al check-in Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo con grande entusiasmo

La facilidad de comunicación con el propietario, la modernidad de las instalaciones, y el tener en la zona muchos servicios. Además, el detalle de tener muchos productos en el baño y recibirnos con unos caramelos. Está situado muy cerca del centro, al cual accedes en 10 minutos andando.

Nada concreto, pero si a alguien le cuesta dormir, el sábado por la noche los bares que hay debajo cerraron bastante tarde y con música. Pero si vuelvo a Venecia, repito, seguro en este apartamento.
