Spacious, clean apartment. Convenient location. Well equipped kitchen (although missing a dishwasher). Easy self check-in process Good comfy beds. Very good communication with the staff
Sound proofing is not the best for a light sleeper, but otherwise okay.

Location is great if you arrive or depart by train. A nice park nearby, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. Spacious rooms, kitchen appliances, welcome kit with basic necessities
Even though we had requested a cot for our child during the booking, which was approved, it wasn't provided. We tried to contact the property, but the phone calls weren't answered at all, WhatsApp just had a bot and the only response we finally got on the booking app was a lazy "sorry, can't help". Only after our complaint to the booking.com the property reluctantly agreed to provide a cot at 9 pm. The tap wasn't switching to shower mode and the bath didn't have the plug for the drain. So sitting in an empty bath, splashing water onto yourself from the tap was the only solution .
