We like cleanliness and quiet location as well as vicinity to grocery shop and metro stations.
We thought there would be w beds in each Od the rooms but there was only one bed in one room. But we used the sofa / bed in the living room.

The location is excellent. The hosts are nice and easy to contact. They also have left us everything you might need. The stay was well organized.
The apartment can not be used for more than 3-4 people. The bedrooms in the basement are absolutely useless. First there is a constant smell of sewage. Then there are no doors and you can hear whatever is happening in the next so called bedroom or worse in the living room. There is no toilet in the bathroom and the door does not move. In the living room the couch needs replacing. There is also an issue with the electricity. The first night the fuse went down once then 3 times in the last. We also had noisy neighbors that were speaking loudly all night, until 7-8 am in the backyard.
