About this house rental
Immaculate and spacious 4 bedroom plus a Sleeping Loft, 3 bath home just minutes from Silver Lake in the Silver Lake Manor/Dodd's Addition section that is being offered as dog friendly with a $300 non refundable deposit. There is ample parking in the driveway, an open front porch, living dining (with Smart TV in Living Room and Primary Bedroom and High Speed Wifi) and kitchen with wet bar and laundry room on the 1st floor along with a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private 3/4 bath. A screened porch is off the living area and a garage to store your beach items, also Charge point Electric Vehicle Charger that is compatible with all electric vehicles (an adapter may be required). Second floor has a Sleeping Loft with a Trundle Bed and 2 bedrooms that are adjoined with a full bath and private vanity areas (Jack & Jill bathroom)and each has a queen sized bed. Ensuite bedroom has a king sized bed, a full bath with separate tub, an enormous walk in closet and private deck off the bedroom. A short walk to the beach and boardwalk and beautiful Silver Lake.

We absolutely loved the screened in porch. It is where we spent most of our week playing games and making memories. The house was well stocked and very clean. It was the perfect space for our family. The neighbor was awesome too. We would definitely stay here again.
