Enjoy a dream vacation at this stunning, spacious, brand new, 5-bedroom townhome in Rehoboth Beach. With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and a 2 twin trundle bed, this tremendous property offers plenty of space for 10-12 guests. There are 4 full bathrooms, 2 with tubs/showers, one with a spacious double shower, and the last with a shower. Half bath on the kitchen level. Large patio on main level plus roof-deck on top floor. There is also an outdoor shower on the ground level. Prime location 0.7 miles from Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, via gorgeous Silver Lake neighborhood. Townhome just steps away from large community pool and backs up to short trail that leads to Rehoboth Bay views. One mile from landmark Starboard restaurant in Dewey Beach. Near great shopping (including outlets) and many terrific restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at this stunning, brand new property. Beth was proactively communicating with us before our arrival so we knew what to expect and how to check in. We had a few minor questions during our stay and Beth was very responsive by answering right away. She also check in with us to see if we needed anything. The check in process was seamless with code entry. This beautiful home was just as described and pictured and came with towels, linens, toiletries and even items for the beach (towels, beach chairs and beach cart). The property has a pool, BBQ, deck and sun deck. We also loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. We loved Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk. A great place to visit with friends and family. I felt safe allowing my teens to ride bikes, walk and experience the boardwalk area. So many great shops, restaurants and food stalls. I would highly recommend to stay at this property and if the opportunity presents itself, I would come back again.
