Welcome to 21025 Crazy Lane! This spacious 5-bedroom waterfront home has been recently upgraded and offers plenty of room for your entire group. Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Rehoboth and Dewey Beach, this unique property features an inverted floor plan designed to maximize the stunning views of the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal, surrounding tributaries, and abundant coastal wildlife.
The first floor offers two bedrooms. One features a queen bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bath, while the second queen bedroom shares a hall bath with the TV room and full-sized laundry area. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.
The second floor is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious great room with a well-stocked kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room. A cozy sitting area is centered around a large fireplace (not available for use during the summer season). This level also includes a hall bath, Bedroom #3 with a queen bed, and the Primary Suite with a king bed and private bath. Step outside to the three-season porch and open sun deck, where you can relax and take in breathtaking canal and water views.
The third floor features Bedroom #5 with two sets of bunk beds and a queen bed, making it ideal for children or additional guests. An additional sun deck on this level offers even more spectacular panoramic views of the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal waterways.
