年輕夫妻辛苦經營，卻能將南瀛傳統風味與新興的海安夜生活融冶於一爐，物清淨，人親切，是我多次到訪台南的住宿首選之一。
遠來遊客，尤其盛夏，焦渴難耐，建議房間內可提供花茶包或茶葉或小瓶精緻飲料(不可塑膠)，利用貴民宿方便的飲水設備，必能提供旅人最好的迎賓體驗。

古色古香的台南風情 刻畫在翠吟間的每個細節裡 靜謐涼爽的環境、柔軟好眠的床鋪、乾濕分離的浴室 感覺得出老闆很用心在照顧住宿者的生活感受 （附近有很多便利商店生活機能佳） 老闆熱情分享、體貼入微 特地安排孕婦在低樓層 即時照顧我們的需求 這賓至如歸的感覺 極力推薦給大家 以後來台南都會想到啟瀛居！

設備雖然不新穎，但是古早的味道，環境是整潔的，空間上來說不大，但是過個夜住起來還算舒服。 地點是最大優勢，下樓走出去就海安路，距離水仙宮市場，永樂市場都不遠，很棒的地方。
附近海安路，在人潮擁擠時，停車需要一點耐心😅

離海安路很近，方便停車，附近相當熱鬧，吃喝都方便。服務人員很親切，房間乾淨，空間比想像中大，有飲水機很方便。
床偏軟，周六晚上隔壁廟宇問事活動，有一點噪音，但睡前即結束，影響不大。建議電視的位置可再架高一點
