位置方便，離國華街等景點近。 設施齊全，溫馨簡單。
感應式房門需大力關門才能關上，會怕吵到隔壁。 冰箱外比冰箱內還涼。

位址不錯可以走到附近美食， 整體環境都非常乾淨， 房間內光腳走路不會沙沙的。
床舖偏軟， 房間隔音真的不好， 很吃人品， 若隔壁真的大聲喧嘩， 絕對可以讓你受不了。

旋轉樓梯真的很 cool~~~ 算是真的頗特殊的民宿 熱水即開即有！這很讚！👍 服務的人員很親切 地點很好，到哪都很方便，用走的或租 wemo 都方便 到處都有插座，對於 3C 人來說很方便 👍 電視算大，壁掛可調整位置很讚！
基本上可以算是沒有對外窗 (有超小超迷你的小窗戶)，所以室內會有一種味道被悶住的感覺 床鋪超軟沒有支撐性，我個人不愛 下層有簡單的桌椅，我覺得可以再附上好一點的，現在有點廉價感 隔音沒有到非常好，很吃隔壁租客的狀況，我是沒差但是有些人可能會在意 (聽到隔壁兵兵蹦蹦的聲音都會猜是不是摔下樓梯了？😶)
