Summer Tree Homestay

The location, right next to Shennong Street in the West Central District is excellent for sights and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, had a little fridge and a little sofa. Good shower. The air-conditioning worked extremely well, which was great in the hot October weather. The lady staff member (Nanching?) doesn’t speak much English but we managed very well with Google Translate. She was so helpful with information and even insisted on carrying some of our bags up to our fourth floor room. The common room has complimentary little snacks and coffee and tea sachets, which is a nice touch. There is also a water machine there, so we could refill our water bottles.

We liked everything, though 2 high stools on the balcony would be useful to see the passing activity.

The host was so kind! It was great to have a bright smile greet me when I would leave and return. When I checked in, she took the time to explain all of Tainan’s tourist sites. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and in a great location.

床是好睡的，住過有些民宿床塌塌的軟軟的不好睡，但是這民宿的床是我愛的！房間隔音也很好👍 另外房間不潮濕，這一定要讚美！外面下著雨，浴室一下子就乾了！不會潮濕！

The host and the accommodation are absolutely great. I got a lot of recommendations for the city and surrounding area. You truly notice that the people there love what they are doing and love to share their knowledge. When I had an accident, they were there for me, and another time, they even arranged a fast taxi when I needed to get to the train station. Wish you all the best!
